Understanding Postpartum Anxiety
Why the worry can feel constant after birth — and gentle ways to begin finding calm again.
A calm and supportive space where mothers can find understanding, connection, and care through every stage of motherhood.
Motherhood can be beautiful, joyful, overwhelming, lonely, and deeply transformative — sometimes all within the same afternoon.
At Moner Angon, we create a space where mothers feel heard, supported, and understood — without judgment, and without having to explain everything from the beginning.
Moner Angon began with a simple observation: mothers are given endless advice about feeding schedules and milestones, but very little space to talk about how they're actually feeling.
We noticed how often women carried anxiety, grief, exhaustion, and identity shifts quietly — afraid that naming these feelings meant something was wrong with them, or with their love for their child.
So we built something different: a place where emotional honesty is welcomed, where therapists understand the specific weight of motherhood, and where support feels like being met by someone who already gets it.
Every stage brings its own quiet questions. Here is some of what we hold space for, together.
Anticipation, hormonal shifts, and the quiet fears that often go unspoken. We offer a space to process change before it arrives.
The first weeks can feel disorienting — joy and overwhelm arriving in the same breath. We help you find steadiness amid the newness.
Healing takes longer than anyone tells you, physically and emotionally. We support recovery at your own pace, without pressure to "bounce back."
As children grow, so do the questions. We help you navigate the everyday decisions and doubts that come with raising another person.
Somewhere in caring for everyone else, you matter too. We help you reconnect with who you are beyond the role of "mother."
Every mother's needs are different. Our offerings are designed to adapt to wherever you are in your journey — quietly, and at your pace.
One-on-one sessions with therapists who specialize in maternal mental health — for anxiety, postpartum depression, identity shifts, grief, or simply needing to be heard.
